Fheeehhehe. it’s a long title. but it useful for beginner blogger who want to install wordpress on their computer (called localhost), or an web hosting.
Now, we begin from localhost first.
Ok, lets start Install your wordpress on your own computer,
- First you need to download the wordpress source code that can be downloaded in wordpress.
- After finished download it, you need to download apache server as web server, and MySql server as the database server that will be used to store your wordpress data. But, dont worry, if you are new on web programming and designing, just download the bundled one, such as XAMPP, WAMP or Wosportable. I recommend you to download wos portable, because it’s the portable one, and you can bring you wordpress and run it to anywhere without install apache server and mysql server. If you choose the wos portable, please include phpmyadmin in download package, but don’t choose any CMS, its better you install it by your own.
- Now, you got wordpress and WOS portable, its time to install your wordpress. Run the server (apache and mysql server), extract your wordpress into folder www or htdocs or public_html.
- Before Install wordpress, you need to create a database, by access http://localhost/phpmyadmin, create database that called : wordpress (default)
- After Create the database, access your wordpress in address http://localhost/%folder wordpress%.
- See an Error? like this?

Don’t worry, it caused we dont create the configuration yet, now click the button to continue - Now create the configuration on the table that will be appear after you click the button. (sorry i dont have any picture)
- Just Follow the instruction, and tadaaaaaaaaaaa…
